How do I book an event?

How does the picnic thing work?
We will have everything set up and ready for your arrival at your chosen time and location. We'll be there waiting with your picnic until you arrive keeping birds away or making sure nobody else decides to take it. Once you arrive we will leave you to enjoy.
After you're finished relaxing, we come at the agreed time to pack up and clean everything for you! Leaving you to walk away and enjoy the rest of your day or evening!
After submitting your booking request
Our team will review your request to book your event. If we have further questions we will contact you. After all the details of your event are confirmed we will send you an invoice of what your event will include.
We require a non-refundable 100% deposit in order to book your event. Once your deposit is received you will receive a confirmation email of your booked event. All payments are are final.
What is your Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?
Cancelations
We do not offer cancellations once your event has been booked. We do not offer refunds for cancellations/ no shows.
Rescheduling
You may request a rescheduling of your event no later than three days prior to the scheduled date. Please note that new dates will be subject to availability.
Once the picnic is set up, we cannot cancel or reschedule.
Weather Policy
We will notify you if we feel that the weather will negatively impact your picnic/ event. If the weather predicts rain on your event date you may reschedule your event or move it in doors or to a covered location.We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to bad weather.
Late Arrival
Arriving late to your event
Please note that your event will start at the requested event time and will end at the scheduled time.
Can we leave our event early?
Yes, you may leave your event early. We do ask that you allow us 10-15 min. in order to return back to the location.
What if I spill or break something?
Small spillages (such as water or non-staining items) may not incur a fee. However you may be billed for dry cleaning costs if required. Please inform your host at the end of your picnic if there are any major spills or accidents so they can try to fix and avoid the dry cleaners or if needed replacing the item! All breakages must be paid for.
What if my desired location is outside the San Diego area?
It is possible to accomodate locations outside the San Diego area.
We do require an additional charge depending on location to cover milage and time.

Do I need a permit for my picnic?
That depends on the location, number of people, and possibly other factors.
If you request a special spot, we'll let you know if we need a permit and will do our best to obtain it.
What about alcoholic beverages?
San Diego county is very strict on liquor licensing and on consuming alcohol in public areas. Unfortunately, we cannot provide alcoholic beverages.
Can I bring food with me?
You are welcome to bring finger snacks and fruits, but not full restaurant meals.
